- To do this year, or to do next year. If do this year, most likely will apply Marris.
- Inden (<RM20k), sebutharga (<200k), tender (>200k)
- Have to do drawing, measurement, finally BQ. (refer picture for more details)
- Council's budget for repair is RM 1.1mil a year. So, most of the cases have to apply for Marris funds.
- Marris funds takes about 4 months to get, sometimes even longer.
- the will compile aduan until RM19k, then only appoint the contractor (220m of V12) if using MBPJ money
- Marris - will compile (approx 2500m) and wait to submit only when state invites them to apply. a year can only apply 2 or 3 when state invites. 3 to 4 months to approve once send to state.

- Often times, tender board chooses lousy contractor
- Inproper drain covers built by residents call the drain wall to break faster than normal
